Why we built JobTal.
Finding a good hospital job, in India or abroad, too often means agents who ask for money, phone numbers passed around, and months of not knowing what happens next. Hospitals face the opposite problem: piles of CVs that do not fit the role.
JobTal brings both sides onto one platform. Candidates build one free profile. Hospitals describe exactly what a role needs. The platform matches the two on facts, and our team carries every step after that: checking papers, arranging interviews, following offers and joining.
We are a Kerala team, and we work the way we would want our own sisters, brothers and children to be treated.
