How it works

Simple for you. Careful behind the scenes.

Whether you are looking for your next job or hiring your next team, JobTal does the matching, the checking and the follow-up, so every step feels clear.

For candidates

Four steps, one team with you.

  1. A nurse at her table at home, filling her JobTal profile on her phone, with her certificates beside her.

    Make one free profile

Sign in with a one-time code on your phone or email. Upload your resume and certificates, and the boxes fill in for you. Check them, then save.

    • Your education, licences, language tests and experience in one place
    • A CV in eight designs, including Gulf, UK (NHS), Germany and Europass
    • Add your photo; it goes on your CV
  2. The nurse on the left, with cyan threads running to three hospitals in Kerala, the Gulf and the UK.

    Get matched, not lost

There is no job board to scroll. Every vacancy lists what it needs, and JobTal brings you the jobs where you truly fit, with the reasons written out.

    • Required, preferred and bonus requirements
    • Licences, specialty and years of experience compared, not keywords
    • You see each match and choose
  3. The nurse smiling at her laptop during a video interview with two hospital interviewers.

    Interview from home

Pick a time that suits you and join the video interview from your phone or laptop. We test your camera and microphone first, and call you before it starts.

    • No travel for the first rounds
    • A JobTal coordinator rings you before the interview
    • Results and feedback in your account
  4. The nurse at the airport window with her suitcase, watching a plane take off while her parents wave goodbye.

    Offer, papers, first day

Accept your offer in the portal. Your joining checklist shows every paper: passport, English test, DataFlow, visa. We stay with you until you join.

    • A joining checklist with a progress chart
    • Reminders before licences and documents expire
    • One team from the first call to the first shift

For hospitals

From vacancy to first shift.

  1. Tell us what the role needs

Write the vacancy in a short wizard: profession, specialty, licences, years, language scores. Mark each as required, preferred or bonus, and watch the count of matching candidates change as you go.

  2. Receive a shortlist with reasons

JobTal checks documents and licences, then releases a shortlist. Every name comes with a score and the reasons behind it. Filter, compare and pick.

  3. Interview online

Book video interviews in the portal. Your panel joins from a link, scores each candidate on a card and records the decision.

  4. Offer, joining, invoice

Send the offer, follow the joining checklist and see the invoice, all in one place. One JobTal team stays with you and the candidate.

Questions people ask us

Is JobTal really free for candidates?

Yes. Candidates never pay JobTal for anything: not to register, not for interviews, not when they join. Hospitals pay JobTal for recruitment.

Who can register?

Nurses, midwives, doctors, lab technologists, radiographers, physiotherapists, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, freshers and experienced alike.

Will hospitals call me directly?

No. Hospitals never see your phone number or email address. They see your profile and a CV without contact details. The JobTal team contacts you about every step.

Which countries do you recruit for?

Hospitals in India and abroad, including the Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain) and the United Kingdom.

Do I need my licence exam or English test before I register?

No. Register now and add them when you have them. Your profile shows what each country needs, and JobTal matches you to jobs you qualify for today.

How do interviews happen?

Most first interviews are video calls. You choose a time, test your camera and microphone in the portal, and a JobTal coordinator calls you before it starts.

Your next ward is waiting.

Make your free profile in a few minutes. We will do the matching, and call you when a hospital fits.
